EMT BASIC EVALUATOR COURSE

DATE:	Wednesday, March 24^th 2010
PLACE:	REMS Council Training & Simulation Center 435 Hunter Street Fredericksburg, VA 22401

TIME:	1900-2200
COORDINATOR:	Linda Harris
PRE-REQUISITES:	Must be 18 years of age at start of program Currently state certified at or above the level of EMT-B for 2 years Oriented to the operation of the practical examination station and all equipment involved
COST:	$15
REGISTRATION:	Application and recommendation form must be received by Friday, March 19^th 2010.

CLASS IS LIMITED TO 24 STUDENTS

Practical portion to be completed at 2 Rappahannock EMS Council Consolidated test sites.
