The 2015 Commissioner of Revenue Special Tax Exemption form that we discussed and passed out in the November business meeting may be located by members by signing onto the Website.  If you cannot access the website, please contact Chief Dillard or Business Manager Susan Knick who can supply you a copy of the required form.

This form is used for tax exemption for one motor vehicle which is owned by the volunteer member provided the volunteer member is regularly responding to calls (ie: regularly pulling duty shifts).  This exemption does not apply to Life Members if they are not actively running duty shifts.

If you meet the qualifications of being an active member, please fill the form out completely and contact either Chief Richter or me for a signature.  These are the only 2 officers authorized to sign the forms.  Forms signed by anyone else will not be accepted by the County.

It is the member's responsibility to submit this form directly to the Commissioner of Revenues Office between January 1^st and before February 1^st.
